Our Mission

We exist to help individuals interested in competing within the sport of powerlifting, and helping individuals learn how to correctly squat, bench press and deadlift. We provide training advice and programming to members, and provide them with the facilities and equipment necessary to excel. 


Lifters of all abilities are welcome

Alongside dedicated powerlifters, the Club includes sporting men and women from various other disciplines such as: boxing, athletics, rugby, and gymnastics; as well as several members who simply enjoy training as part of a healthy lifestyle, without any sporting ambitions. We operate Club and squad training sessions throughout term time. Lifters of all experience levels are welcome.
