Follow this link to the OUS Student Membership platform

Choose “Yes I have an email and password”, insert your details and click next

If you have never logged in before and are a student, still choose “Yes I have an email and password”, use the forgotten password link and insert your college email to reset set / reset your password, then repeat the step above. Almost all students already have an account with us automatically when they enrol at the University. If no account appears after this step you should create a new account.

Choose “sign-up for a membership” and click next

Choose the club you are looking to join and click next

Choose the appropriate membership product for you and click next

Choose a start date (usually today) and click next. Please note if you choose a date in future your club membership will not be activated until the start date.

Make sure your details are correct, add any required fields (such as emergency contact and SSO - if you are not a member of the University add N/A) and read and agree to the T&Cs, health questionnaire and privacy policy, and the click next.

Check your details and click pay and finish, which will take you to the University's online payment portal

Once purchase is completed, club membership (and sport centre access if appropriate) will be automatically on your BodCard instantly. If your card doesn’t work on the access gates (or you don’t have a BodCard) please visit reception to sync your card correctly (or pickup an access card instead).
