We exist to help individuals interested in competing within the sport of powerlifting, and helping individuals learn how to correctly squat, bench press, and deadlift within a welcoming community.
Lifters of all abilities are welcome
Alongside dedicated powerlifters, the Club includes sporting men and women from various other disciplines such as: boxing, athletics, rugby, and gymnastics; as well as several members who simply enjoy training as part of a healthy lifestyle, without any sporting ambitions. We operate Club and squad training sessions throughout term time. Lifters of all experience levels are always welcome!
