Technical Workshop: Squat

This in-person workshop, lead by our club coach Scott Manifold, provides an overview of back squat - one of the three competition lifts. The workshop will have a practical segment where time is spent troubleshooting attendees’ lifts, so make sure to have suitable clothing on!
